Chad L. Rigtrup, O.D.

Dr. Chad Rigtrup grew up in Midland Texas, but after attending BYU, decided to come back to the area. He and his wife love the outdoors and spending time with family. They have 5 children, and currently reside in Springville, where his parents were both born and raised. Dr. Rigtrup has been in practice at C.L.R. Vision (his initials) for 20 years now. He loves providing individualized comprehensive eyecare, and feels the most important part of the exam is listening to his patients needs.

Frank A. Siddoway, O.D.

Dr. Siddoway has retired! He had been in practice for 35+ years, but decided to stop seeing patients October 2020. He will be missed! He was known for his excellent bedside manner, and making his patients feel more like close friends.
We know many of you will miss him, but hope you will feel comfortable continuing your care here in our practice! |
Christopher J. Jacob, O.D.

Dr. Chris Jacob, originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has recently joined the practice. He and his wife, along with their three young boys, have recently relocated from Portland, Oregon to the Mapleton area. Dr. Jacob’s clinical experience includes service at a VA hospital in Pennsylvania, Indian Health Services clinic in Oregon and a LASIK eye surgery center in Oregon. He has also spent time in Guatemala and Nicaragua providing eye care to under-served communities there. Dr. Jacob is a sports enthusiast who loves hiking, reading, travelling, and spending time with his family. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages, treating and managing eye disease, and finding solutions for each patient’s visual needs.
